Products, Availability and Prices
Due to product availability, quality and unforeseen market price fluctuations, prices are subject to change without notice. However, once an order has been confirmed, pricing is guaranteed. We will make every effort to provide the exact product ordered, however product availability may affect options.
Agreement
Angie Catering Services, will not be held liable for the health and safety of any customers who remove food from the venue or consume food sixty minutes or more after the specified service time.
Payment Terms
Upon placing your order, a deposit of 50% is due immediately to hold the function date. Payment is required to be paid in FULL 7 days to a week prior to the event by Angie Catering Services or by direct deposit. (Bank account details will be given to you if you choose this option).
Bonds
A bond of $350 is required (though we may vary this amount depending on the number of platters). Part of the bond fee will be refunded upon return of the equipment to Angie Catering Services deductions will be made for any loss or damaged equipment. The client will be charged FULL replacement fee.
Cancellations
Catering request can be cancelled a minimum of 7 days prior to the event, however 100% of the payment is due to the fact of preparations gone forth for the event.
Catering deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE after 14 days of the catering order. Any cancellation 30 days prior to the event requires 100% payment. (i.e., full payment will be required).
